Dvir and Sapir are growing the fourth generation at Meshek Dubkin. Dvir Dubkin is an expert in smoked meat catering, hosting and producing events, as well as growing wine grapes.
The farm specializes in farm-to-table dining using their unique family fishery and butchery “Dubkin Brothers” products, as well as other local goods.
They have a diverse menu and host private events, workshops, and festivals around Israel.
A exceptional for meat and fish lovers, their pastoral setting is ideally situated amongst the vineyards.
The vineyard was planted in 2010 and the winery initially produced small batches for personal use. In the vineyard, 10 dunams of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petit verdot, and syrah grape varieties grow.
Thanks to the unique climate and soil of the northern Negev, the grapes grown in the vineyard are infused with wonderfully textured flavors. Most of the grapes are sold to other wineries in the area while the harvest is done by hand.
Meshek Dubkin offers tours of the vineyard, as well as a smoked meat and fish culinary experience, complemented by fruits and vegetables grown on the moshav. Visitors can tour the farm while learning about the history of the area, the family business, and agriculture in the western Negev.
Furthermore, in Moshav Tkuma visitors can enjoy the “Dubkin Brothers” factory store at Farm Plot #17, the coffee truck “Geula Bar” at Farm Plot #10, pick-your-own strawberries at Farm Plot #77 Trebelsy, Hadas Zagron art studio and workshops, baking workshops with Adi Moskowitz Farm Plot #68, and Feldman ALO Organic.
If you want to continue to wander in the area, you will find bike paths in Kibbutz Nachal Oz, Beeri, Re’im, and Gvaram. You can also take a nice walk in Park Eshkol, Nachal HaBesor, Nachal Grar, Ruchama, and Pura Nature Reserves. Also available are culinary experiences in Netivot, Sderot, Kibbutz Erez, Kibbutz Nir Am, Oryosss Coffee in Kibbutz Erez, baked goods at Nichochot Chayim, or local products from the greenhouses and goat dairy at Giller Farms in Netiv HaAsara.
