Ein Hashlosha Winery – Hill 112

Our Story

Ein HaShlosha Winery is a social-communal project of Kibbutz Ein HaShlosha run by volunteers. The peak event at the winery is the harvest festival when the community gathers to pick the grapes by hand.
Some of the wines produced are distributed to kibbutz members as Passover and New Year gifts and the rest are sold on-site.

The winery operates also as a brewery and produces 40 different types of beer (SABRESA) uniquely blended into endless flavors and colors, and has a magnificent distillery for alcohol lovers.

Our Wine

The vineyard, situated at the entrance to the Kibbutz, includes two dunams of merlot and shiraz grapes from which the winery produces around 1,000 bottles of wine each year.
Grains and herbs are grown in the vineyard alongside the grapes to enrich the soil with nutrients. The wine is produced using the modern method of stainless-steel tanks and during production, American oak chips are added to the wine (like a tea bag in water) to build layers and complexity to the flavor while maintaining control over the process.
The non-commercialized nature of the winery allows the vintner to experiment playfully with the grapes and produce unique wines.

What to do

The area boasts numerous bike paths as well as agricultural and dairy farms with visit opportunities, including picking and tasting the local products.
