Idan Dadon is an entrepreneur who fell in love with wine and decided to plant the Victoria Vineyard in 2006. Four years later, he called upon his family and friends to help with the first harvest and after much research, the home winery lab produces a unique wine incorporating quartz crystal.
Many years of research indicate that quartz crystals are “nature’s batteries” due to their electrical charge, and different crystals have distinct properties and varied effects on the human body.
Gems Winery developed a patented method of copying the molecular frequency of the quartz crystals into the wine, transferring the properties of the gemstone to the wine, and thereby to those who drink it.
At Gems Winery’s vineyard four dunam of shiraz, malbec, merlot, and Isabella varieties of grapes are grown, from which the winery produces approximately 2,500 bottles each year.
The wines are aged between 12-18 months in oak barrels, after which by adding the crystals to the wine, the magic starts by turning it soft, aromatic, and enjoyable for body and soul.
The winery is located near the city of Be’er-Sheva which has various historical sites, cultural activities, and culinary options.
